One day, I realized that there were days when my body had no energy at all and other days when energy was in abundance.
The factor that I isolated was the quality of my thoughts.
From my medical experience, acidic elements make the body tired, old and even sick.
Alkaline elements tend to make the body a slightly more harmonious machine.
I found the same factor with my thoughts:
With acidic, negative or self-destructive thoughts, my body was in resentment.
With positive or alkaline thoughts, my body functioned in optimal conditions.
